The very act of socializing can lessen your stress and reduce your anxiety. Hang out with family and friends. Meet new friends by heading out each weekend. Spend time connecting with like-minded people to forget your worries and to focus on the treasure of having good friends. Like-minded folks can support you, inspire you and lift your spirits when you’re feeling stressed. Doing this regularly helps you raise your vibration will kills your stresses.

Hitting the massage table can help you feel relaxed immediately. Imagine a therapist working you over with a deep tissue massage. Get a massage regularly to lower your stress levels. You can find good spas either online or offline. Ask around for referrals. Work your friend and family network to see if you have a top shelf spa in town. Go to spa at least a few times every couple of months. Treat yourself. You deserve it! Getting massages also helps to ease tension in your body, in your mind and improves your overall health and wellness.

Get Enough Sleep

Not getting enough sleep is a leading cause of stress. Sleep for at least 7 to 8 hours each night. Go to bed at the same time and wake at the same hour to program your body. Don’t drink soda or coffee before bed. Cut out all caffeine from the late afternoon on to rid your body of stimulants. Exercising regularly and waking at an early hour will help you get enough sleep. When you’re sleeping your body is able to rest and recover. Allow for these extended mending sessions by sleeping adequately each and every night.

Meditate

Meditating regularly eases stress levels and promotes peace of mind. Sit in a quiet spot. Focus on your breathing. If your attention drifts note the object of your focus and move your concentration back to your breathing. Start with 5 minutes of meditating. Bump up your sessions to 30 minutes daily to reduce worry and anxiety.
