A study by LinkedIn has found that the majority if millennial employees will likely seek a change of employment if they feel their efforts are not recognised by management. In fact, 37% of workers under the age of 40 said they actually quit a job due to lack of recognition. It’s because of results like these that management heads need to become first class ‘noticers’, able to discover which staff members are doing great work and deserve recognition – but also who’s struggling and needs support.
