<p style="text-align: justify;">A study by LinkedIn has found that the majority if millennial employees will likely seek a change of employment if they feel their efforts are not recognised by management. In fact, 37% of workers under the age of 40 said they actually quit a job due to lack of recognition. It&#8217;s because of results like these that management heads need to become first class &#8216;noticers&#8217;, able to discover which staff members are doing great work and deserve recognition – but also who&#8217;s struggling and needs support.</p>
