<p style="text-align: justify;">This Revelstoke Mountain Resort has recently been expanded and has brought people from all over the town; One of the reasons being because it has the longest vertical slope in North America. The ample powder, gorgeous scenery, <span class="GINGER_SOFATWARE_correct">speedy</span> gondolas, and awesome mountains, are just some of the offerings Revelstoke offers. <p style="text-align: justify;">Although Revelstoke is a major winter destination, the town was not always a chic, touristy ski village. It used to be a railroad town. The Canadian Pacific Railway was the town’s second largest employer.</p>

In the summer time expect to find farmers’ markets and live music. <h2 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Things to Do in Revelstoke </strong></h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In the summer time, start your adventures at the Mountain Revelstoke National Park. You can drive to the top of the mountain (which is 26km) up to Sky Parkway. Have a picnic on the top or hike one of the many trails. You can also hop on a bike and cruise through a riverside trail or near the Nordic ski area (near Mount MacPherson).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In winter, skiing and/or snowboarding is a must. You can also rent snowshoes or cross-country skis, and glide through the beautiful landscape of the Kootenay Rockies. If you are a history buff, at anytime of the year you can learn more about the mountain community by visiting Revelstoke’s museums. The top favorite tourist museums are Revelstoke Museum, and the Revelstoke Railway Museum.</p>
