Matou is located on the second floor of the new Ferry Terminal in Pier-head. It also has a patio which can easily occupy 300 people who can unwind and get a beautiful view of the Mersey River.  And if you are a die-hard fan of the Beatles then head straight to The Beatles Story in the Albert dock via rail. Take advantage of the 4D show, Beatles exhibition and a super interactive discovery zone. You can also visit the Casbah Coffee Club for a more Beatles Treat. This place is also known as the Holy Grail of the Beatles as they performed their first LIVE concert here. Pick up some merchandise as a souvenir of your trip. The highlight of this trip would be the apparition of John Lennon’s face in two different walls.
Play: Coming to Liverpool and missing the famous Anfield Stadium is a sin. The home to Liverpool FC since 1892, the stadium brings in a trip to follow the footprints of football legends. Walk down the stadium tunnel with stinging sound effects and touch the “THIS IS ANFIELD”. Visit the press room for an interactive experience and select the best seats of the stadium for awesome views. Take a round of the dressing room where legends like Gerrard , Paisley and Dalglish have had their matches started. Chill out at the LFC Boot Room Café with drinks or light snacks. Then hop in to the 60 seat cinema which holds four movies showing the history of the club and more LFC seasons.
Live: While you are here, do not miss the historical sites of Liverpool which include The Merseyside Maritime Museum, Matthew Street, Anglican Cathedral, Metropolitan Cathedral of Christ the King. Packed with history of the Port of Liverpool, the Merseyside Museum owns four floors of galleries with a free entry. Slavery Museum and Titanic exhibition are the highlights of this place. Choose a pub or a bar for a party night at the Matthew Street and you will never be disappointed. This street holds the best Music festivals in the entire UK. Other than music, a range of art fests and guitar fests also take place here. Anglican Cathedral is the largest in UK and fifth largest in the world. Get inside this spectacular building for the first class views of the city. The cathedral has magnificent interiors, stained glass windows, altars and beautiful arches full of grandeur.
