<p>We all need to take some time out during the day when you put work to one side and do something that’s not work-related&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;There are plenty of different ways you can take five during the working day and while this might sound contradictory advice for a productive day&comma; by taking regular breaks you’ll actually go back to your desk feeling refreshed and ready to concentrate on the task you have to complete&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<h2>Here we List Five ways to Take Five&period;<&sol;h2>&NewLine;<h3><strong>Do something Fun Online<&sol;strong><&sol;h3>&NewLine;<p>There are so many ways to have a five minute break using your pc we couldn’t possibly list them all here&period; But whether you enjoy games like Candy Crush Saga or Scrabble or you prefer the kind of games that could win you a little cash&comma; many of them can be enjoyed for short stints&period; Of course&comma; playing on poker sites requires a little more time and concentration than other online games&comma; so poker’s probably not the best option one of those five minute breaks&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<h3><strong>Get Some Air<&sol;strong><&sol;h3>&NewLine;<p>Go away from your desk and take yourself for a quick walk outside&period; It doesn’t matter if you just go to the end of the road and back&comma; you’ll still feel refreshed for having a change of scene for a few minutes&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<h3><strong>Get the Kettle On<&sol;strong><&sol;h3>&NewLine;<p>Take a tea or coffee break to take time away from your desk&period; Don’t take the drink back to your desk – go down to reception or just walking around the building and enjoy your drink while it’s still hot&excl;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<h3><strong>Zone Out<&sol;strong><&sol;h3>&NewLine;<p>If there’s a quiet place in the building take yourself to it and have five minutes with your eyes closed and do your best to empty your mind of everything&period; There’s usually an empty conference room or stationery cubby you can find to do this&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<h3><strong>Take Time to Talk<&sol;strong><&sol;h3>&NewLine;<p>We’re all so obsessed with achieving results at work that many of us can be guilty of not getting to know our colleagues at all&period; Make time to talk about life out of work with a couple of colleagues every now and then&period; You don’t have to know every detail of their lives&comma; but showing an interest in their existence away from the office will be good for developing a strong working relationship&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Of course&comma; you’re not going to have time to do these kind of things every day&comma; but by making time to have a little downtime while at the office&comma; you should find your productivity levels soar&excl;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
