<p style&equals;"text-align&colon; justify&semi;">If you have an account on Facebook or Twitter&comma; you might notice the deluge of TGIFs whenever the end of the work week rolls around&period; And there is good reason for everyone to be happy&semi; you get two whole days of rest and recreation&comma; as well as not dealing with that annoying co-worker who keeps talking about cars&period; For the same reason&comma; people are saddened by the arrival of Sunday&period; They know that they will have to wake up early the morning after for another week of exhaustion&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p style&equals;"text-align&colon; justify&semi;">When Sunday night is present&comma; that is when most people tend to get sad since it signals the end of the weekend but here’s the good news&colon; you no longer have to dread Sundays by making sure you get the most out of your few days away from the office&period; Here’s what you do&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p style&equals;"text-align&colon; justify&semi;">Don’t give in to the temptation of technology all weekend&comma; especially when it’s about to come to an end&period; You may think that you’ll only spend a few minutes checking up on your social media accounts but before you know it&comma; hours could have elapsed&period; This is time you will never get back and will have to wait for until the next weekend rolls around&period; Detach yourself from the computer&comma; take that smartphone away&comma; and try living in the real world for a change&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<ul style&equals;"text-align&colon; justify&semi;">&NewLine;<li>If you have any errands or chores that have to be done which don’t involve using your business phone&comma; get them out of the way first&period; This means doing the laundry&comma; cleaning the house&comma; whatever it is that entails your status as an adult&period; After all&comma; who wants to take the garbage out on Sunday night&quest; This way&comma; once those unpleasant tasks are over and done with&comma; you get additional time just for you&period; This time can be used for clearing your mind or creating a schedule for the week so you make sure you start it the right way&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;<ul style&equals;"text-align&colon; justify&semi;">&NewLine;<li>There are people who feel like they have nothing to live for when they have nothing to look forward to&period; To avoid getting sad every Sunday&comma; plan something for the middle of the week that will help you get through your Monday slump&period; Call some friends on Sunday night and plan a nice dinner out&comma; a movie&comma; whatever it is you can all agree on&period; By doing something pleasant in the middle of the week&comma; it’s like restarting the work week and instead of working for 5 days straight&comma; it’ll be like two days&period; Just make sure that you don’t push yourself too hard when you’re tired or have something urgent that needs to be finished&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;<ul style&equals;"text-align&colon; justify&semi;">&NewLine;<li>We all get the same 24 hours per day so make sure to enjoy them the best you can&period; This may mean waking up at a normal hour but this will give you more time to do more stuff&period; If you find that you are&comma; heaven forbid&comma; bored&comma; that isn’t exactly a great use for your time&period; Try to use that for stuff that will do you good&period; A nap may seem like a great idea but this will do nothing but take hours away from you&period; You still have to have a bit of a schedule for the weekend so that you have ample time to get everything done and get the rest you want&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;<p style&equals;"text-align&colon; justify&semi;">Mondays have never been welcome but they don’t always have to be utterly horrible&period; With a bit of practice and implementation of good practices&comma; you might find that you no longer have to dread Sunday nights and just look forward to the next weekend&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
